explaining program successes and failures using the guided storytelling
approach.

Program Features
All the programs above employ the following features:
• Six, instructor led, two-hour online interactive sessions.
• Sessions held every two weeks
• Instructor open chat line for participant questions and
support held during alternate weeks.
• A limit of 35 participants per course.
• Sessions are led by highly qualified and experienced leadership coaches
• Course content is research proven and competency-based.
• Leading-edge support materials.
• An action learning model – activities to develop skills and apply
them to real job challenges are conducted between sessions.
• Sessions archived as mp4 videos that can be accessed for
review, or if a session is missed.
• Certificate of completion.

Additional Support Services
The programs described are available to a business upon request, and can be tailored to meet specific needs and challenges. Should a training program lead to the conclusion that more in-depth services would be helpful, TITE THINKING® and LEADER CHESSBOARD® coaching and consulting services are available from SPP. The nature of these services will differ based on district and school needs, but can include:
• One-on-one coaching either onsite or offsite through video conferencing.
• Team development and coaching.
• Professional development 360° evaluations and coaching.
• One-on-one interviews and focus groups to gather data for needs analysis and strategy formulation.
